we are hitting our goals which helps keep people striving to continue that trend. People here want to be successful on their own and also help drive the company culture of success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear in their expectations and share the company vision well. Their goals are aggressive they know it is the employees that will make them happen. They are also very approachable and welcome ideas.
