I really enjoy the environment. I think the employees are focused and work hard but still enjoy the work and have fun.

I think the team has been great. We all seem focused on growing the company and excelling both as a company and as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the product and business model. It is something I believe helps other companies and since I believe in it, it makes it great going to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an intern still so there aren’t as many opportunities for benefits, yearly bonuses, etc. I think when I go full time, I will be satisfied with my compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the executive team is completely focused on growing the company while maintaining the desire to help me as an employee. They’ve given me a lot of feedback and suggestions relating to my career path.
