What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The culture, almost nothing. It is toxic from the top, and weirdly social. The environment is positive because I am at home.
What did you like most about the interview process? It was challenging. They seemed to be looking for intelligent people, and that's what they got. Too bad they do not want to hear us out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen to employees and let them do their job. Stop favoring friends.
