Competitive pay. Equity is light compared to many big companies.

They thought i was overpaid but it was about 40th percentile of marketplace for similar position

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If i get increase in pay check

The way the job is marketed does not align with the actual job - borderline catfish. The pay, pay structure, bonus structure, anticipated work hours, level of responsibility, and benefits were all misrepresented during the onboarding process.

The economy went up 14% and We got a 3% raise

More money for the work that we do.

I am currently being paid to work and study generic management but the way I am being treated is as if I am just a number. The workload is not of such a nature that I need to be working everyday as I sit here most days with nothing to do. Being pregnant, I feel every second day at the office is fair
