Listening and valuing the little guy
Humanity treat people fair no favorites
Manager consulting with internal Legal team on ongoing basis
driving accountability within themselves and not expect to everything get better if there is no communication on top
Communicating and leading in a democratic and constructive manner as opposed to autocratic.
If i get increase in pay check
The way the job is marketed does not align with the actual job - borderline catfish. The pay, pay structure, bonus structure, anticipated work hours, level of responsibility, and benefits were all misrepresented during the onboarding process.
The economy went up 14% and We got a 3% raise
More money for the work that we do.
Employees helping one another instead of working against one another
Team work instead of trying so hard to make other people jobs hard
Hostile workplace every day, bullying
need to align on what the actual goal is....need better communication overall
The work environment is often combative and hostile. Many times, we are attacked by management who do not take people's feelings into consideration even though we do everything we can to make the company succeed.
leadership , always on top being very negative and rude
Leadership needs to be implemented instead of just management. Employees need to know that they are valued and not criticised too harshly AND ATTACKED INFRONT OF OTHER EMPLOYEES. Team morale could improve.
New interview personal not interested in sex
The interviewer needs to be as prepared, if not more than the interviewee. I asked 2 questions could not get an answer. The questions I asked were: what is currently lacking in your team that you would like to fill with this new hire. What has changed since you started working at the company?
Management and lead person paid people that do no work only look to tell on other employees
need to further invest in R&D
There is a very hostile, oppressive management style in effect because the Line manager works from home. the person working and leading the rest of us have no leadership skills and often treats us like a dictator. There is no two communication but instead forceful and threatening commands given.
