Love the company, but employees who have been at company pre-ipo arent compensated well in comparison to external hires who started who started within the last 1-2 yrs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now im not very happy.

Promote and compensate your employees who have been with the company through highs and lows.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy interview process. Very straightforward and was not thrown any curveballs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been with DocuSign for 5-yrs and new reps who ask my colleagues and I for help/training/etc make substainally more than us yet. Most of external reps have less tech experience and do not exceed quota. Very frustrating, especially when they are the first people to be promoted.
