Promote and compensate your employees who have been with the company through highs and lows.
It was quick and easy interview process. Very straightforward and was not thrown any curveballs.
Ive been with DocuSign for 5-yrs and new reps who ask my colleagues and I for help/training/etc make substainally more than us yet. Most of external reps have less tech experience and do not exceed quota. Very frustrating, especially when they are the first people to be promoted.
