
Poor management (VP levels) and everyone operating in their own little territory
Fire managers. Reorg and train better mid managers and vp levels
The teams don't collaborate well because the leadership doesn't instill a strong culture of working together. It's really lip service instead of full alignment.
Better cross functional collaboration is needed. Have more employee surveys throughout the year to keep management accountable and get rid of bad ones more quickly.
Line of business leadership, especially VPs need to care about their employees and invest the time in their team. One of the VPs in my division hardly shows up to work and barely answers emails. The SVP sits in his ivory tower and administrates rather than interact with his team to build the company
1) women are not compensated the same as men for doing the same work. There's ALWAYS an excuse on why we can't get raise: you need to generate more revenue, we don't have the budget, all excuses that don't apply to the men. Double standards. 2) equity rewards is pitiful -- will not retain talent
