I feel I can be honest and my true self. I don't feel judged. I do feel that it's becoming more competitive lately but I think that happens as companies grow. We are all smart and I really value who they are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm proud of the people that we hire. I think we attract really great talent and I'm pretty amazed at the creativity that is brought to meetings. There's a lot of humor that happens daily. I work remotely all the time (even without COVID) and I never feel isolated.
