He also served as Starbucks' Vice President of Partner Resources-Eastern Division, from September 2005 to March 2007. Mr. Ravener served vice president of human resources roles for The Home Depot Store Support Center and a domestic field division from April 2003 to September 2005. Mr. Ravener served Vice President and Chief Personnel Officer at Xstelos Holdings, Inc. He served in human resources executive roles at PepsiCo. Mr. Ravener served in the U.S. Navy as a strategic weapons submarine officer. He serves as a Director of Dolgen I, Inc. He serves as Director of DG Transportation, Inc., Sole Member of DG Logistics,LLC; DolgenCorp. of New York, Inc.; DolgenCorp. of Texas, Inc.; Dolgen II, Inc. and Dolgen III, Inc. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and also earned an MBA in general management from New York University.
