  • What makes you most happy at work?
    Interacting with customers, I am isolated, verbally bullied, sabotaged, overworked and got statement from one of the newly joined management team lady, called gg, those who put their complaints never got promotions, and especially gg, Jocelyn and vishal they are creating damages In the company.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    Some of the collegues were wonderful to work with, they helped you if you were confused and you worked as a team with certain people, some lf the workers made sure that you could succeed

    My interview process was different, they now have online hiring for entry level positions.

    Better communication, more open-minded, more respect for other staff and constructive critism so the team has a better chance of learning instead of fearing what was going to happen
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Employees just have to do what they are told and have no opinions. Get work done fast fast fast. Dollarama has a set way of doing things and can’t deviate from that even if it does not work for the store you work in. They are all different size wise and layout and no consideration is given for tha

    Very poor customer service. Customers need help and should have the choice of going to the cash
