Conversations wasn't at a professional level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality has been put to the back burner by the quality manager. She is unable to check parts or identify bad parts but is a manager. She is unable to make good judgement calls on bad parts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with contributors, putting safety and quality over production. Listening to concerns and or quality issues. Multiple bad parts sent out to Bollinger back to back due to Management passing then to be shipped then blaming quality team for it not being caught. After Approved by managers.
