It's a good stepping stone, but not a final destination. People don't tend to stay longer than one or two years. You should have a high stress tolerance to survive this company and you will always feel over overwhelmed. You will make good friends and build great connections with clients though.
I have been working at DotActiv on and off for over two years now, and I can not say enough positive things about this company! It is really built on a solid foundation of trust and respect! There is never a moment where you feel like another number here, we are a family!
You learn a lot from DOtActiv this is the stepping stone towards the retail industry. You learn new computer skills. You work from home which makes it very convenient. The staff and managers are very helpful and friendly.
