The leadership team at DotActiv is always open to suggestions and always have time to listen to you. They are invested in seeing you grow and helping you develop professionally too.

The leadership team is a good representation of everyone within the business (well most of the roles are covered in this team). They are dynamic, innovative, skilled, forward-thinking, adaptive and just really really talented.

I would say the fact that we have to belong to a provident fund. And we also receive a laptop and cellphone allowance.

My team functions very well under pressure and there is always a helping hand available. With respect and team spirit behind us I believe we can overcome any challenge thrown at us.

There is a high level of respect and concern for your work life balance, especially after the pandemic hit in 2020. We are encouraged to speak up if we are struggling in any aspect.

We see everyone as part of the family and thus we care about everyone and we are all willing to help anyone in need.

I appreciated that I was not only asked a variety of interesting questions, but I was also given time to talk and ask questions that are important to me.

I enjoy interacting with out customers. It creates new relationships and builds experience to now only learn how other companies function but being integrated into their business and valued by them is great!
