the compensation is generous and joyful
It's dependent on me. It's the best part and the scariest part. But I trust myself so if I work hard, my compensation pkg is awesome.
The only thing that would make it better would be a higher salary

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the plan of compensation. We are always looking for ways to improve our support with members, and to help grow their business. We will pass on your feedback to management.
Leaders are valued much more, so that is where most of the compensation goes. It would be better if they compensated based on performance and market data for similar positions.
my position is always overlooked, under valued and un informed
I am significantly underpaid in comparison to my male colleagues. I think doTERRA should take a deep dive into how the gender/race pay gap is alive and well in this company.
doTERRA claims to always be competitive in compensation, while in reality they are far from it. Anyone browsing job listings can easily see that they are on the bottom end when it comes to compensation, at a day in age where a vast amount of people struggle to live, let alone save for their futures.
Higher pay rate for job suties

Better pay as company grows
I think for a company that makes so much money, they should consider raising the wages for starting workers.
