Response from doTERRA

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the plan of compensation. We are always looking for ways to improve our support with members, and to help grow their business. We will pass on your feedback to management.

Leaders are valued much more, so that is where most of the compensation goes. It would be better if they compensated based on performance and market data for similar positions.

my position is always overlooked, under valued and un informed

I am significantly underpaid in comparison to my male colleagues. I think doTERRA should take a deep dive into how the gender/race pay gap is alive and well in this company.

doTERRA claims to always be competitive in compensation, while in reality they are far from it. Anyone browsing job listings can easily see that they are on the bottom end when it comes to compensation, at a day in age where a vast amount of people struggle to live, let alone save for their futures.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Co Workers are like silos. It's so important to share information, what if you get hit by a bus tomorrow

Environment Reviews

Culture is good, my floor is constant contention

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

how the team contacts you

More professional behavior by recruiters. Often there is no follow up on interviews, internally and externally, which is extremely unprofessional. When someone puts in the effort to put together a resume, apply, and sometimes even interviews, recruiters owe it to applicants to get a response.

the process is very long and drawn out.
