I am a Housekeeper and I like what I do. Sometimes pressure of check in and the amount of rooms we have is stressful but over all I like it. It is fast pace work and keeps me busy all day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I currently do not get benefits yet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are involved with every day work. The GM knows everyone and my manager makes a point to get to know all of her housekeepers so they are comfortable talking to her.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help everyone. If someone is faster that someone else we like to team up so we get twice as many rooms done than if we worked separately. Or if one of us is running to the basement and there is another housekeeper on the floor we will ask them if they need anything.
