They use and abuse there workers. I work over 30hrs a week keep asking about the health insurance they offer since it's open enrollment time but can't get any answers. We all also have to screen shot our hours because they mysteriously disappear. Also cheat people on overtime they work.

Employees are over worked, under valued and lied to on a daily basis

The gentleman was nice but not completely honest about benefits I would receive cause I receive absolutely none
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and showing us employees we are valued instead of working us to death and messing with our pay
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not that my coworkers aren't good workers it's just everything is negative due to the neglect we all feel from upper management
