Getting the real estate agents to respect the admin and receptionist. There is a lot of abuse and hostile work environments throughout multiple locations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Admin and receptionist are aggressively instructed to get certain documents done with no consideration that hands may be tied on another project. The managers always side with the agents because the are the "money makers". This is repeatedly told to admin and receptionist.

Better professionalism in office, respect for all people from all walks of life. We are human not robots.

Full accounts of incidents having taken place instead of siding with agents immediately because they make the money.

very open about how aggressive the agents are, but i really had no idea it's this bad.
