What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great management team who is experienced and values input.
They communicate directly to the team
Leadership encourages team to always do the right thing. Business is tricky at times, but knowing that if you do the right thing it will be accepted is wonderful in this age of trying to work around the right thing.

Stop harrassing employees and using scare tactics

Higher pay, more genuine opportunity for promotion
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of professionals with a lot of love for the company
The people of DE are what makes it amazing. Everyone is very nice and encouraging. I believe we have some of the smartest people in this company. I am constantly inspired.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Human resources is a joke. If you are bei g harrassed by your coworkers or management dont bother reporting. You will be retaliated against.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Douglas Emmett is a unique place to work, with a culture in which everyone matters, where everyone has a voice.

The people and the team.
Property Management is all about solving problems. The best thing about working here is that you can make someone's day and be helpful. I love mentoring the team so they can grow within the company. I love the lightbulb moments.
