What is the best part about your compensation package?

A generous equity package is my favorite

Monthly food allowance and the quarterly wellness bonuses have made a huge difference in my life!

Competitive salary, free lunch, and meaningful equity in the company. The stipend to set up a comprehensive work station at home is also a huge plus.

The daily lunch and quarterly wellness stipend are such a great perk.

Lots of great perks, but being fully remote is my favorite part.

there is nothing truly amazing about the compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since i am a part time employee, i don't get any benefits, even though I work almost full-time hours. I am happy with this set up for now, I just don't see a clear path for moving up.
