What makes you most happy at work?
The people I get to work with every day - and being able to contribute to the product/constantly evolving it
I love interacting with my coworkers every day in our Standup meetings.
I believe in the Dover product and the Dover team. In my career, it's been rare that I could say those things truthfully.
getting to work with great customers & coach the ones that are coachable, enjoy discussing the company vision & working toward goals for it
The co-working sessions are lively and informal.
I get to meet people I would normally never get to meet and learn about humanity in a new way.
The people!! and the ownership I have over my work. I feel like I'm actually making an impact and driving the company forward.

interacting with the entire team in a very cross-functional way, I think recruiting is a really interesting problem to solve for startups

culture could be more positive in the sense of cheering people on for wins & not celebrating overworking
