Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Promised "payed Saturdays", but that was bull, told to train for a position for weeks/month only to get let go, they dangled the carrot for months. I was a bad employee for sure in terms of skill, but the position I was training for was my speed. Fired the whole team, replaced them with inexp. staff
