What do you like best about the leadership team?Organization and training is their best strength
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Promised "payed Saturdays", but that was bull, told to train for a position for weeks/month only to get let go, they dangled the carrot for months. I was a bad employee for sure in terms of skill, but the position I was training for was my speed. Fired the whole team, replaced them with inexp. staff
