There are many toxic and unethical hiring practices where decisions already made prior to wasting team’s time from nepoti

Mostly people who don’t know real knowledge looking to a few that do, no details prior to meeting and waste of time. Many can be replaced by asy

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Launch a discovery by third party firm to really hear employees pain points in the trenches rather than a few mgt who are out of touch and can not accurately represent their teams

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Acknowledge people with the work they did not just with hollow empty slogans but actual reward during comp time. Mgt need to trim the fact of a few black sheep veterans who don’t know anything and lead with zero credibility and handson skills. A real anonymous survey instead of the Soap neede
