leadership lacks vision and product road map, terrible middle managers bc the company has grown so fast in the last few years, playing favorites

work life balance, workload balance amongst the team, some people work 9-5, some people work more than 9-9, train middle managers to be better, hire PEOPLE managers who will care about their teams, less politics
