What is the best part about your compensation package?

Lots of room for upward movement.

Bonus is based on my performance, great base salary

I get well paid but the money does not compensate for the effect that the harassment has had on my health

Professional development budget, internal training, 401k matching.

The company really takes care of employees and makes sure that increases in health care costs don't automatically fall back on employees. They also provide additional benefits for employees with children, gym discounts, tuition reimbursement and more.
