There are no benefits, no pto, no insurance, no paid holdays & no vacation time. You are paid so low that you cant afford to be sick.
The workload was too much for the hourly pay.

They work us to extremes. We must be busy at all times. We are paid practically nothing to be treated poorly and paid poorly.

Bartenders seem to focus on aiding management and stylists far more than engaging with the client experience, given that their primary job is supposed to be clientside. Stylists are often stretched thin due to the nature of the booking process but tend to work hard.
Management needs to treat us all better so we are happier.
