Simon R. Nankervis — Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President at DSW

Mr. Simon R. Nankervis has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of DSW Inc. since January, 2016. Mr. Nankervis served as Chief Commercial Officer of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., from August 2015 to October 5, 2015 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Operations from January 2015 to August 2015. Mr. Nankervis served as Executive Vice President of Americas & Global Country Licensing at American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. since February 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Americas & Global Country Licensing at American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. from April 2013 to February 2014. He held various roles in international business development at American Eagle Outfitters during 2011 to 2015. Prior to American Eagle Outfitters, Mr. Nankervis was Managing Director at Busbrand Pty Ltd, an international brand management company from 2002 to 2011. From 1998 to 2002, he was Group General Manager at Palmer Corporation, based in Australia. From 1991 to 1998, he was Partner at Wilmoth Field Warne Lawyers, a boutique law firm in Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Nankervis assume responsibility for the American Eagle Outfitter's U.S., Canada and Mexico stores, as well as real estate and country licensing. He has extensive management, business development and global store experience and is the leading architect of AEO's successfully growing country-licensing program. He launched AEO's company-owned and operated stores in Mexico. Mr. Nankervis is an accomplished apparel leader, having led businesses for Guess, Gap, Aldo.
