Just not a lot of training for new hires. Some employees are definitley favored more by managers. Just an ok enviroment
It was a great company to work for; however, the manager did not make sure that he accomidated our schedules in which I had to resign because i needed a part time job where I worked at least 15-20 hrs a week and he did not seem to appreicate our needs for a steady shift.
It was the best place to work untill they replace some management now it is going down hill at the distribution warehouse. They are firing. People who has a long commitment with the company.
