Mr. William L. Jordan, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Administrative Officer of DSW Inc.(also know as Value City Department Stores Inc; Value City Department Stores, Inc.). since February 2, 2015 and its Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President since March 2009 and Secretary since January 2006 and Chief Legal Officer since February 2017 and served as its General Counsel until February 2017 Mr. Jordan has been an executive officer of DSW, Inc. since 2006. He served as Vice President and General Counsel at DSW Shoe Warehouse Inc. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Dsw Inc. from January 2006 to March 2009 and as a Senior Vice President from May 2008 to March 2009. Mr. Jordan served as a Corporate Counsel for Lancaster Colony Corporation since 2005. Mr. Jordan served for Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP in Columbus, Ohio, from 1997 to 2005 , where he specialized in Corporate Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions law. He has been a Director at Rocky Brands, Inc. since April 04, 2017. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of San Francisco and a 1997 graduate of the George Washington University School of Law.
