The longer the tenure, the more compensation diverges from market rates. Seemingly impossible to true up.

Some freedom to explore, and good work-life balance; they understand if you have appointments, as long as you do your work

The work is tough but very necessary. Even if the rest of the company may not know, the team takes pride in its work
