Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You’re forcing retirees into a Medicare advantage plan through UHC that doesn’t support 65% providers previously. Duke energy choosing a cheaper health plan for retirees will not support their current level of care and who is going to be the advocate to help the retirees in hopes of finding a

The longer the tenure, the more compensation diverges from market rates. Seemingly impossible to true up.
