Cared about our customers & stats & tryed to help our customers. The commeradity during storm duty & other times. I felt most of our team really cared about each other and the importance of our work.

Being honest&trying to retain employees that were good originally & try to find out what problems are causing an employee to change(such as illness) Also dont tell empl.on sick leave bombarded by letters as suprvr.was also,not to worry about it, she'd call me if she saw something imp. then resign me
