Mr. Joshua L. Peirez, also known as Josh, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Dun & Bradstreet Limited since November 2015. Mr. Peirez has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. since November 2, 2015. He has been the President of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation since November 2, 2015 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since February 4, 2014. Prior to joining The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Mr. Peirez spent 10 years at MasterCard and served in several roles, including Chief Innovation Officer, Group Executive of Innovative Platforms, Chief Payment System Integrity Officer and Group Executive of Global Public Policy and Associate General Counsel. He serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Pvt Ltd. Before joining Dun & Bradstreet, he spent 10 years with MasterCard. He served as the Head of Innovative Platforms at Mastercard Incorporated since December 2008. He served as the Chief Innovation Officer of MasterCard International Incorporated (Alternative Name: MasterCard Worldwide Inc.) from January 2009 to August 2010 and also served as its Group Executive of Innovative Platforms for MasterCard until July 2010. He served as the President of Innovation and Chief Marketing Officer at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation from September 13, 2010 to May 2011 and also served as its President of Global Product, Marketing and Innovation from June 1, 2011 to February 2014. He served as the Chief Payment System Integrity Officer for MasterCard from April 2007 to January 2009 and as Group Executive of Global Public Policy and Associate General Counsel from May 2002 to April 2007. He also served as Counsel and Secretary to MasterCard's U.S. Region Advisory Board of Directors from May 2002 to December 2006. Before joining MasterCard in 2000, Mr. Peirez served as an Associate at Clifford Chance Rogers and Wells focusing on antitrust litigation. He served as a Director of Digital Trowel (Israel) Ltd. He has served on the Federal Reserve Board's Consumer Advisory Council and the Board of Directors for the Westchester County Association. In 2009, he was among the Top 10 Innovators of 2009 ranked by Bank Technology News. He served as a Director of comScore, Inc. from June 9, 2017 to September 10, 2017. Mr. Peirez received his Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis, Economic and Government Studies from Cornell University. He also earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School, where he received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Criminal Law and Comparative Constitutional Law.
