My manager was very bright, dynamic & talented but working within a broken system. She left & started her own business
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to change. The very foundation of the company is the business credit report yet little to no effort is made to support the work of the very people trusted to build them. Ridiculous production requirements, time constraints, & the focus isnt on quality & accuracy.
