Mr. Richard H. Veldran, also known as Rich, has been Chief Financial Officer of Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. since June 1, 2011. Mr. Veldran has been Chief Financial Officer of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation since June 1, 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President since November 2006. Mr. Veldran served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development and Global Reengineering at Dun & Bradstreet Corp. since February 2009. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Dun & Bradstreet Corp. until June 1, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Reengineering & North America Finance at Dun & Bradstreet Corp. since February 2009. He began his career at D&B in September 2003 as Chief Financial Officer of D&B North America, a position he held for two years. In February 2006, he was named Treasurer and Leader of Investor Relations, External Communications and Global Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, Mr. Veldran strengthened D&B's position with shareholders and the investment community at large. He is instrumental in driving profitability and margin expansion across D&B's global businesses. He also led D&B's first-ever dividend issuance and two public bond offerings. In July 2008, he was named D&B's Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering and he was given the added responsibility for leading D&B North America Finance seven months later. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Veldran held financial leadership roles with both Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Procter & Gamble. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the Cornell University.
