It wasnt hard at all. I was already licensed and qualified.
Communication is terrible. We ask for meetings and the ceos never show.
My co workers, management does not interact much and the "open door policy" is a sham.
Attitudes of the drivers. Most are ready to throw in the towel. Parents treat us like second class citizens and students are allowed to be disrespectful.
The comrodery, working together to help keep this place afloat.. But again at the low pay it only takes one thing to make someone walk when they can go down the road and make a better wage.
Being paid better. I see in the paper daily jobs hiring at $28.00-$32.00. We make $21. No bonuses and I know of many people that are or have left because of it. If you want to retain employees pay a fair wage. We have ALOT of responsibility and put up with alot... sometimes it isnt worth it.
