The customer service aspect of the business has been lacking. I send emails, follow up emails, and phone calls to only get bus quotes 2-3 weeks later. Pricing is decent but i have been able to find cheaper. It is disappointing as our school has done business with the company for 10 years.

The company is not that bad they really need to find a better way of handling these kids when they are being rude, bad, disrespectful and not listening on the bus.

Working at Durham has been one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had. I feel like I actually make a difference.
