I was hired on a friendly note, I was excited to work for the company until I was singled out and harassed on a daily basis over a guy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the manager ran the company like a corporate business and not like their own private business. You can't hire your friends and hang out with friends in the office and mistreat people you don't personally like and encourage other employees to harass that one person
