What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at DXC Technology?
None. Neither are offered. If you want maternity leave, you need to use disability leave.
How often do employees get raises at DXC Technology?
Never. "Progressive companies have abandoned the idea of yearly hikes" is the official line. It's all merit based. I pushed, with the support of my manager, his manager AND the division manager to get a merit increase, and it was denied. It's easier and less stressful to set aside any expectations of compensation increases.

No, stay away from this company, very negative morale, terrible incentive compensation plans, lack of ability to deliver on sold deals
How does DXC Technology measure success and growth in the Business Development department?
Performance against quota, but do note, they take forever to pay incentive comp, sometime 3 months after the previous quarter has ended, the comp plan to not employee favorable in any way

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at DXC Technology?
I interviewed on the CSC side before the merger. The interview was short, and they didn't offer much information about the position, even though I asked. They acknowledged that I was overqualified for the position. I was willing to take it because I really needed a job at the time, but I expressed it as a good opportunity to learn the business from the ground floor.
