We support one another. There isn't a sense of competition between coworkers here that I've experienced in the past.

To be completely honest, I like that it was laid back and that they made me feel like an individual even from the waiting room.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to direct an elderly person bbn to the "nostalgia" section and see the look on their faces to find a candy they havent seen in bbn 20 years.
