Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What started as a "job to get out of the house" soon turned into a fulfilling career. One that I did not expect nor could have ever been prepared for.
What makes you most happy at work?
The response from our customers: Thank you, that's exactly what I needed!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the background diversity. It proves that anyone can be part of a team working toward a common goal. With different experiences comes different suggestions on improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teaching others and seeing their eyes light up when they understand how a new trick will improve their job. And even having someone show me something that will save time and energy!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency. If anyone in the company has a question, it will be answered. The quarterly Town Hall meetings are informative of what the executives have planned and how each team will be impacted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different ways people communicate. With most being remote, we use chat channels, email, phone, or video calls as options. I love the video chat the most, especially when there is a pet in the background.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are team oriented without being "Yes" only. If they have a question they speak up in the group so anyone can answer. If someone has a suggestion, that too is brought up in group for discussion on the pros and cons.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not here just for a paycheck. The culture is one that encourages having fun at what you do. Is it challenging? Yes! That's the personality we have been hiring, those who enjoy facing a challenge and succeeding; even if it takes a few tries.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dynatron cares about the health of employees. They provide funds to cover a portion of a healthcare plan. 2 are completely covered at this time. We have additional holidays that other companies typically don't offer. Maybe not full "banking hours" but enough and evenly spread throughout the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparent communication to the rest of the company. You know their wants and goals because they tell us each quarter in a Town Hall meeting that all employees are encouraged to attend. And if an employee has a conflicting meeting, the Town Hall is recorded so they can go back and listen.
