I was not expecting to find a work life balance with a local company so soon. The people are very helpful and I still have some of the hope I had when I was first hired. I wanted to work where I could be helpful. I am still glad I work for Dynatron.

Working from home and controlling my space makes me peaceful.

Although they are in management they still seem helpful and friendly.

I feel that I should receive more compensation as the demands of the job and overall productivity increases.

The sense of humor and the willingness of every one to help and encourage one another is top notch.

There should be monetary compensation for the more experienced employees. They should not be in a financial deficit as their responsibilities increase.

There is a camaraderie overall, the team really wants to help each other and will go out of their way to do it.
