What are some of the best things about your team?Hard workers but under valued
What makes you most happy at work?I love just about everything about my work and work life now. I have never in my entire life had an opportunity to work somewhere that is so much positive things combined into one. It is literally life changing to have the chance to be a part of Dyno Nobel and I've never had peers be so genuine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The way that everyone is able to complete routine tasks and set goals so seemingly effortlessly. Everyone is thoughtful, helpful, kind and never hesitate to help anyone out or make it seem like it is a bother to have to consistently work as one giant revolving system, and instead make it desirable
