This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Coming from another MSP who did not do things 'right', and then coming here and seeing every aspect of the business being handled properly, from documentation, mgmt, coworkers, etc.. Every aspect of this job is better than any I've had before.

Our management team is very good at communication with the staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouragement for bettering ourselves as techs, as far as certifications, schooling, etc..

The way it seemed more like a conversation rather than an interview. Made me feel comfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of very technically minded people who are all willing to help one another and strive to meet and surpass company expectations. Everyone helps everyone when needed, which allows us to better service our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great insurance coverage for decent prices, comparable pay rates, 401k matching, and other perks all add up to make this the best compensation package at any job I've ever had. (Gym memberships, bi-weekly massages, company outings, etc),
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very knowledgeable and we learn from one another. It's very helpful to have sounding boards to bounce troubleshooting ideas off of and those collective discussions usually, majority of the time, lead to a resolution that fits the client's needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to come to work everyday and do something I love, and help clients with real world issues that impact others lives for the better. If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The knowledge and optimism. When you're having trouble with an issue, or having a bad day for * reason, it's great to have coworkers who are upbeat, in a good mood, and willing to help, because those traits are contagious and rubs off on your day as well. *sings* "Don't Worry, Be Happy!" Woooooooooo
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always striving to grow the business but not at the expense of the employees or their well-being. In fact they encourage employees to take educational courses, which they pay for, so we can learn more and be able to move up within the company. I am grateful to our leadership. Best job ever.
