What makes you most happy at work?When customers return motorcycles with bigger smiles then they started their Eaglerider experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Making motorcycle history! We're all doing our part for the success of the company, and making a few dollars.
What are some of the best things about your team?First off and best off is the camaraderie we're all working for the same outcome, which is a safe and good experience for our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pays above average I've never had any interactions with the executives of the company.
