Executive Bio

Danika Harrison joined Earlens as Chief Marketing Officer in April 2021. As CMO, Danika develops and oversees the execution of Earlens consumer and professional marketing strategies. Prior to joining Earlens Danika served as an independent Director on the Board of Soliton, a public medical device company acquired by Abbvie in 2021. She also served as the Chief Marketing Officer of HintMD until the acquisition by Revance Therapeutics and prior to that, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Elira Therapeutics, Inc.. Earlier in her career, Danika worked at Pfizer and Rosetta, a NY advertising agency, where she was responsible for developing campaigns for brands such as Dannon, Johnson's Baby and Rogers. Danika holds a B.S. degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
