Executive Bio

Connon joined the executive team at Earlens 3 years ago. As COO, Connon leads the teams that manage manufacturing, quality, regulatory, program management, clinical, business intelligence, legal, HR, and the Earlens Hearing Center. Connon has 20 years of executive leadership experience in the hearing healthcare industry. Prior to Earlens, he was Chief Operating Officer of Audigy Medical and Audigy Group, one of the leading and fastest growing practice development companies for Otolaryngology, Neurotology, and Audiology private practices. Additionally, Mr. Samuel spent 10 years in the high-tech telecom and data communications industry in different executive and management roles. He began his career as a structural engineer working on ride design and infrastructure projects at Universal Studios Orlando and Walt Disney World. He has an MBA from University of Denver and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Central Florida. Lastly, he is delighted to be an Earlens patient.
