Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Working at earls was one of the worst work experiences I’ve encountered thus far. The management was constantly unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest to employees. I was excited to work at earls but every day myself and my fellow servers were belittled and made to feel small by our manager
