What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

The extremely competitive salary and stock incentives.

Equity because I believe in the company future and I believe that my equity package will be worth more than any salary.

Stock option plan is pretty enticing.

No clarity or mention of bonuses/compensation; quarterly (or even more frequent) performance reviews should address them and reward good performance monetarily

Cost of living is a big aspect of working in Santa Monica. I wish this was taken more into consideration when offering compensation and benefits to employees. Merit based raises should happen more at Earny!

Our effectiveness and open communication. We also have a diverse team with unique personalities that magically work well together.

Very diverse team, with people from all around the world, and very good ratio between male and female within each teams. All team members are very strong technically and are expert in their area.

They are always willing to help and work together to solve problems; they are cordial

Everyone's positive attitudes and feeling like you're part of a family.

Diversity and collaborative environment. We are doing as well a lot of team building events that help us work better together

Expanding the values and developing more processes to enhance the employee experience makes the culture seem really people focused. The events planned are always really fun and give us a good break from work. Culture and events definitely make it a fun place to come everyday.
